TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the CS2.SPACE API ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service.

2. API Access and Usage

When you register for an API key, you agree to the following:

  • You will use the API in accordance with rate limits specified in your subscription tier.
  • You will not attempt to circumvent rate limits, authentication mechanisms, or other technical restrictions.
  • You will not use the API for any illegal purposes or to violate the terms of service of third-party platforms (Steam, Faceit, Leetify).
  • You will not resell, redistribute, or sublicense API access without explicit written permission.

3. Subscription Plans

CS2.SPACE offers Free, Pro, and Developer subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are processed securely via Helcim. We do not store your full credit card details. Subscriptions include a 7-day free trial where applicable and automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. We reserve the right to modify pricing or plan features with 30 days notice to active subscribers.

4. Data Accuracy and Availability

We aggregate data from external sources including Steam, Faceit, and Leetify. While we strive for accuracy and uptime, we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or availability of data provided through the API. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

5. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes that affect API functionality.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate API access for accounts that violate these Terms of Service, engage in abusive behavior, or pose a security risk to the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

CS2.SPACE and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

8. Third-Party Affiliations

CS2.SPACE is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Valve Corporation, Faceit, or Leetify. Counter-Strike 2 and Steam are trademarks of Valve Corporation.

9. Email Communications

By creating an account, you agree to receive essential service communications, including account verification links, payment receipts, and critical security updates. You must provide and maintain a valid email address to ensure you receive these communications.
